Who knew cancelling cable service could be this difficult? A man trying to disconnect his Comcast service ran into a customer service representative that was so obnoxious, he's being called the CSR from Hell. And we're not talking about that little town in Michigan.

Oppressive, unhelpful, and condescending are some of the words Ryan Block used to describe the phone call and the rep who just wouldn't take no for an answer.

And the man noted that he didn't start recording the call right away. It actually went on for about 10 minutes before he began recording.
