Local Fundraiser at Four Paws Tomorrow for Detroit Dog With Ears, Nose Cut Off

A local woman is selling dog treats in a fundraiser to help out Baron the Rottweiler. 

The story went viral last week - a dog was found on the west side of Detroit with his ears and nose cut off, and with deep cuts on his tail (which will now have to be amputated). The reward for information leading to the arrest of the abuser(s) has been upped from $2,500 to $35,000. Yes, you read that right.

The Four Paws Hotel & Day Resort, who sponsors AJ's Animals here on Cars, will be selling treats made by Heather Ramsey from Swartz Creek. All the proceeds from the treats tomorrow will go towards Baron's medical bills. Heather says that the dog has "stolen" her heart.
