The fine folks at Town & Country Group are paying off the lunch debts in five Michigan districts, including Midland.

The Zeeland company is listed as a "full service electrical, telecommunications, security, and controls contractor." One of their employees, Chad Grohl, explained that its part of their "Love Our Schools' campaign.

Next week, the company will be presenting a check to Ithaca schools for the same thing. The donation to Midland was $5,000.

Of course, the obvious is this: kids should NEVER have to worry about lunch at school but the reality is that schools are desperate for funding nowadays, so every little bit helps. Thank you Town & Country Group!
