Large Rocks Causing Road Hazards Around Flint [VIDEO]

According to NBC 25, someone is intentionally placing large rocks in the middle of the road around Flint. Sometimes the rocks are placed in garbage bags. At least one driver has hit a rock so far, causing extensive damage to their car. So far the rocks have been found on Ballenger Highway, West Court, and Bradly in Flint.
