Some kids in Texas displayed their genius by posting plans for a wild "Project X" style party on Craigslist.com . Imagine their surprise when the Collin county, Texas Sheriffs invited themselves to the bash.

Lt. John Norton said, "We became aware of it (the party) and decided we would attend first." The cops read about a listing directing teens to a party where they would "get to rage," law enforcement RSVP'ed by intercepting the would-be BYOB-ers on the way to the vacant house.

Next time you plan to throw an illegal party, you might not want to post it on a web site that everybody (including the cops) can read.
