There is not a bad spot in the house.

More Than Just a Concert Venue
The Machine Shop is not just a place to see a show - it is where memories are made.
First dates. First mosh pits. Meeting your favorite band. Celebrating birthdays, or just because you need a great night of music. I even met my boyfriend Nick at The Machine Shop.
The place has been a constant in a city that's seen a lot of change. Through economic ups and downs, industry shifts, and even pandemic shutdowns, The Machine Shop is still standing.
24 Years Later - Still Loud
Reaching 24 years is no small feat for an independent venue.
It is a testament to the staff, the ownership, the bands who keep coming back, and most importantly, the fans.
Flint has a lot to be proud of - and The Machine Shop is definitely one of those things. Congrats to Kevin, Johanna, and the entire staff - we love you all.
