Is IKEA Looking To Open a Second Location Near Detroit?

Because if they are, we're not going to try to change their minds. 

There's already a store in Canton, but there are rumors that the company may be looking to open a second location.

Crain's Detroit Business reported yesterday that, according to sources who wish to remain anonymous, IKEA is looking to build a second location in the metro Detroit area.

Possible location areas include the Pontiac Silverdome (which is set to be demolished next month), the Palace of Auburn Hills, and Summit Place Mall in Waterford Township.

Their Canton location opened up in 2006 and has done very well. And I know that my wife and co-host, AJ, would be VERY happy to see a second store open.
