If Real Estate Agents Could Be Perfectly Honest [PHOTO]

Real estate agents often need to put a positive spin on things. For instance if a home is a real dump, they may say it needs a little TLC. I wouldn't do well as a Realtor, because I like to tell it like it is. Take a look at the 'For Sale' sign below.

We recently put my dad's house on the market. I'll pepper this with 'allegedly' to keep myself out of trouble. Allegedly, during the first showing, an allegedly closed-minded, allegedly intolerant neighbor allegedly dropped by and allegedly filled in the prospective buyers on all of the house's shortcomings. Big surprise, no sale.
