Handmade Bench Stolen From Clio Cemetery Has Been Found [PHOTOS]

Some great news from a story that we shared a couple of weeks ago.

Wendy (Heath) Heiser passed away in 2012 after a courageous battle with cancer. Her mother, Marie, made a beautiful bench that was placed near her grave at Woodlawn Cemetery in Clio.

Enter the power of social media: the Genesee County Sheriff, acting on a tip about a theft, found the bench at a home. Marie reports that there are a few chips on the bench, but they're repairable. This is GREAT news! How anybody can steal ANYTHING from a cemetery is beyond me.
