This was the couple's third hotel room, after the first one didn't have heat and the power outlets in the second room didn't work.
This wasn't some dumpy motel, either. Elgin Ozlen and his girlfriend were staying at Astor on the park on the city's upper west side. His girlfriend suffered at least 75 bites from the bugs.
This grosses us out something terrible. How can any of us know which hotels to trust anymore?
