GR Man Arrested After Urinating on 5-Year Old, Calling Her a Racial Slur [VIDEO]

Police in Grand Rapids have arrested a 60-year-old man after witnesses say he urinated on a 5-year-old girl and calling her the N-word.

The girl was playing 'Hide and Seek' with another 5-year old and two 7-year-old children when the incident occurred Wednesday (8/23) afternoon. The girl's mother spoke with Fox 17.

"She came in the house and she was wet, like soaking wet, and I'm asking her what happened but she was afraid to tell me because she thought she was going to get in trouble," she said. "And then I called my boys because I knew they'd tell me and then they said the guy said 'stupid N-word' and started peeing on her."

The children were able to provide authorities with a description of the man and he was arrested shortly thereafter.

According to WZZM, the man has a history of mental illness and is a registered sex offender for incidents that occurred in 1981 and 1987.
