Training for the Crim is no joke, and neither is Hills & Drills!

I've been training for my first Crim race since March, and I'm also a new runner. I've taught dance and rode a bike for years, but this is my first experience running. I'm not going to lie to you, it hurts. But it is possible to live pain-free, and to avoid future surgeries. I've been going to Advanced Physical Therapy Center to get some help with the tendinitis in my knee, and it's been super productive!
