Gas Prises To Rise Higher Before Memorial Day Weekend [VIDEO]

We know they go up around summer holidays. But the questions are...how much and why? Find out here. According to AAA, gas prices in Michigan have risen 10 cents just in the past week.
The current average in Michigan is $3.88 - about 13 cents per gallon more than this time last year. Here's why: Both Gas Buddy and the Lundberg Survey blame the price boost on Midwest refinery outages and maintenance. Sounds like the same old excuses to me. Prices expected to be over $4 per gallon by Saturday.

There is some good news for Mid-Michigan drivers. Some of the cheapest prices in our state are in Bay City and Saginaw - something to keep in mind if you're headed north.
