Garth Brooks Reunites with Fan from Minneapolis Show [VIDEO]

As if the original video wasn't beautiful enough, this one will make you cry, too!

Garth Brooks stopped his show in Minneapolis on Friday night to recognize a woman in the front row. She was holding a sign that said, "Chemo this morning, Garth tonight. Enjoying The Dance." He knelt down to her and gave her a hug AND his guitar.

And much to his surprise, he was reunited with her on Entertainment Tonight yesterday. Gimme the Kleenex, STAT!
