Garage in Flint Offers Low-Cost Car Repairs for People in Need

A non-profit in Flint is opening a car garage that will help people in need.

The Forge Garage will offer low-cost, and even free car repairs for people who need it the most when they run out of options. They'll also train young people to be car mechanics.

Jason Lipscomb says this has been a dream for him for a long time, because he saw the need for people living in poverty to have reliable transportation. And now, because of the faith-based non-profit Forge, they will.

The Forge Garage is located on Pierson and Jennings Roads in Mt. Morris.
