The Friends of the Flint River Trail are hosting a "Ride of Silence" tonight.This annual tradition honors cyclists that were killed or hurt in car accidents in the past year and will bring more awareness of cyclists to motorists by encouraging them to "share the road."

Join other riders at the Flint Farmers Market beginning at 6:45 p.m. The ride will begin promptly at 6:55 p.m and will begin in silence. It travels through the City of Flint, includes the campuses of Mott Community College and U of M - Flint, and is less than 10 miles in length.
