His positive attitude is infectious - no pun intended.

We first "met" Manny when he competed on the (what we thought was) the last season of American Idol. He made it to the Top 14, but not before stopping at Cars 108 for his very first radio interview EVER.

He revealed on his Facebook page recently that he's been diagnosed with testicular cancer and is undergoing treatment. Testicular cancer is actually the #1 cancer among men, ages 15-34 in the United States.

He's currently being treated at Beaumont in Royal Oak, where he's charming the nurses and staff with the sweet sounds of his voice during chemotherapy.

Keep up the positive attitude, Manny! You've got our support!
