Flint School Janitor Accused of Having Sex With Student

Acting on an anonymous tip, Mt. Morris Township Police are investigating allegations that a Clio man, employed by a company contracted to do janitorial work at Hamady Middle/High School, has had sexual contact with a 16-year-old student. Jordan White also faces two misdemeanor charges of possessing firearms in a firearm-free school zone. White had two semiautomatic weapons and ammunition in the backseat of his car during his janitorial shifts.

White faces nine felony charges including three counts of criminal sexual conduct in the third degree, with a student. The other charges are related to sexually explicit text and photo messages he's accused of exchanging with the student.

The warrant, according to WJRT, indicates that the alleged sexual activity dates back to November. It's reported that White and the unnamed minor engaged in sexual activity at nearby hotels, not on school property.
