Flint Residents Turned Off by Dirty, Smelly Tap Water [VIDEO]

Officials say there's no cause for concern, but some Flint residents aren't happy that their tap water is discolored, and has taken on a foul smell.

WJRT says crews are flushing the city's fire hydrants in preparation for winter, and say this can sometimes cause water discoloration.
