Flint Police + Family Searching For Missing 10-Year-Old Girl

* * UPDATE * * ABC-12 reports the girl was found safe at a friend's house, not far from her mother's home. She was taken to a nearby hospital to be checked out.

Flint police are investigating the disappearance of 10-year-old girl. She was last seen Saturday at approximately 3 pm in the area of Pasadena and Clio. She is reported to live on the 1100 block of Hamilton, and went missing on her way to a friend's house, according to a younger sibling.

Here's a description of the girl, according to Flint Police:

• Light Complected, Black Female
• 4' 11"
• Slim Build
• Black Hair, Shoulder-Length Braid

She was last seen wearing a purple shirt and multi-colored long skirt (Orange, Black, Brown, Purple White), and dress shoes.
