Flint Police Announce 4th of July Curfew for Minors

A friendly reminder from our hardworking men and women at the Flint Police Department about today's festivities.

The Flint PD have announced details about tonight's curfew for the 4th of July. The rules are as follows:

• Kids under 17 must be with a parent or guardian or face a $250 fine
• The curfew will be enforced from 6 PM on July 4th to 6 AM on July 5th

Areas covered under the curfew include:

• Fifth Avenue is the northern border
• Chavez Drive is the eastern border
• I-69 is the southern border
• North Chevrolet Avenue is the western border
