Flint Bishop Airport Will Offer Non-Stop Flights to Las Vegas
Getting from the mitten state to the City of Sin just got a whole lot easier.
Starting on March 5th, Allegiant Airlines is offering non-stop flights from Flint to Las Vegas out of Bishop International Airport. The flights will operate twice per week - on Fridays, leaving Flint at 7:10 AM and arriving in Vegas at 8:25 AM, and on Sundays, leaving Vegas at 11:30 PM and arriving in Flint at 6:20 AM.
They're having a one-day sale today, with flights starting at $59 each way. Tickets must be purchased before tomorrow, November 18th, with travel dates by May 24th, 2021.
“Nonstop to Las Vegas! Our number one most requested vacation destination is returning to Flint Bishop,” expressed Airport Director, Nino Sapone. “A tremendous ‘thank you’ to Allegiant for believing in us and continuing to build their air service portfolio in Southeast Michigan, and a huge ‘thank you’ to all of our passengers who are so loyal to Allegiant and to our airport. This is an exciting day for us all.”
It makes sense, considering that Allegiant is based out of Las Vegas.
This is super exciting; we had a trip to Las Vegas planned back in April that we (shockingly) weren't able to take. The only direct flight we could find was out of Detroit; we love Motor City but the airport is a pain in the butt to get to and the parking fees are insane.
We always want to fly out of Flint Bishop if we have the option and now, there are more options than ever! Let's hope that everything goes back to normal soon so we can get back in the air and travel again!
