Faithful Black Lab Reunited With Her Family [VIDEO]

It was a story that broke my heart yesterday. An incredibly faithful black Lab stayed by the side of a golden Lab that had been struck by a car on a busy California street. See how this sad story ended after the jump.

As this video spread like wildfire, the black Lab was taken in by a local animal control agency, where she was spayed and micro-chipped. Offers of adoptions flooded their office from all over the United States.

Turns out her name is Maggie, and she has since been reunited with her family. She is expected to return home today, after officers check her living conditions. Maggie's owners will face charges of having an unregistered dog and for allowing the dogs to run loose.
