The developers at Facebook seem to be constantly making upgrades and updates. But it looks like they are done tweaking and changing our timelines, at least for now.

The new feature would allow businesses to sell products by having them show up in your news feed, and consumers can click the new "Buy" call-to-action button and make their purchase.  This would all be done without leaving Facebook. My biggest concern would be security.  We are constantly hearing about Facebook pages being hacked.  So how safe would the "Buy" button be?

Facebook for Business said in a recent statement that they built the feature with privacy in mind.  Their goal is to provide a safe and secure payment experience, claiming that debit and credit card info that consumers share with Facebook would not be shared with other advertisers.  You would also have the option to save your information on Facebook for future purchases.  Do you think this is a good idea, or do you think this is the whole Target security breach all over again?  Tell us what you think in the comments section below.
