Emotional Moment Leads to Champagne Shower for Tigers’ Jim Leyland [VIDEO]

Manager Jim Leyland shared a touching moment Wednesday after the Detroit Tigers clinched the American League Central Division, shedding a few tears as he thanked fans for their support this season. Mid sentence, he was scooped up by right fielder Torii Hunter, who carried the skipper down the hall to a champagne shower!

This is the third year in a row the Tigers have won the AL Central title, claiming their spot in post-season play. They close out the regular season with a three-game series in Miami, beginning Friday.
