Dramatic Photo Proves That Sun Damages Skin As We Drive
Stop and think about this for a minute. Do you drive with your arm dangling out of a car window? Maybe you have a sun roof. Do you wear sunscreen when you drive? You will when you see this very dramatic photo! See it after the jump.
This gentleman is 69, and has been a truck driver for 28 years. Notice the condition of his skin on the left side of his face. There is definitely a dramatic difference, and that is from driving. The left side catches the full brunt of the sun's powerful rays, even through glass, resulting in the skin damage that you see in this photo from the "New England Journal of Medicine'.
The photo makes you stop and think for a moment, doesn't it? It's a beautiful, sunny day for a drive...where's my sunscreen!
