Dog Waits Over a Month for Owners to Return After Family is Evicted from Detroit Home [VIDEO]

Neighbors noticed 'Boo' lying on a mattress next to a pile of trash outside a Detroit home, after his owners had been evicted.

WXYZ reports that the family left -- taking many of their belongings with them, but leaving the pit bull mix behind. The dog waited for about a month, presumably hoping his owners would return.

Mike Diesel of Detroit Youth & Dog Rescue eventually befriended the dog, and is currently looking for a family who has the resources to adopt him.
