Dallas Cowboys Show Lots of Love for Fenton Girl Bullied at School
Living in Michigan and being a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys isn't easy. But a 10-year-old girl from Fenton is proud to show off the swag she's been gifted from the team.
Bullied at School
Alexa Becker took some heat at school earlier this month when she wore a Dez Bryant jersey to school. Upset about the teasing, she asked her parents to pick her up from school that day. Being the awesome parents that they are, they donned their Cowboys gear and made a video as they picked the girl up from school.
The video went viral and even got some love from members of the Dallas Cowboys team.
Cowboys to the Rescue
After seeing the video of the Fenton family in their Cowboys jerseys, the team posted a video of several members of the team autographing jerseys and offering words of support for Alexa.
Dak Prescott, Leighton Vander Esch, Trevon Diggs, Ceedee Lamb, and Ezekiel Elliott all got in on the fun. (If you have an Alexa device, it might be a good idea to mute its mic before playing this video. Just sayin'.)
Detroit's WJBK-TV reports that Alexa wore a different Cowboys jersey to school each day leading up to the Dallas v. Detroit game last week.
