Dad and Son Face Bully Charges

A Texas man encouraged his 11-year-old son to beat up another student who was bullying and now they are both facing criminal charges. The dad doesn't think he did anything wrong and that he was tired of his son getting picked on, according to KTRK.

The dad apparently dropped his son off at the bus stop, who then started beating up another boy once he got out of the car. Police say the dad encouraged his son to choke and punch him. Now both of them have been charged with injury to a child which is a felony. If convicted, the dad could go to prison for 10 years.

So, should the dad have encouraged his son to beat up the bully? Do both the dad and son deserve to be charged?
