Cheerios' new ad campaign, dubbed 'The Cheerios Effect' features many families sharing their personal stories. Their latest features André, Jonathan, and their adopted daughter, Raphaëlle.

But of course the moment two dads are featured in a cereal commercial, the internet blows up. And guess what? Everybody starts talking about Cheerios. Give the marketing department a raise!

As you can imagine, the comments section of YouTube is overrun with people who quick to argue both sides of the gay rights issue. Good grief.

Personally, I think it's adorable, and I applaud General Mills not only for brilliant marketing, but for recognizing that families come in all sorts of different sizes, shapes, and colors.
