Area Park to Host Free BMX Race to Celebrate Olympic Day

The spirit of the Olympic Movement will roll into Davison as Richfield Park hosts a free BMX race in celebration of Olympic Day.

This will be a free race at Richfield's BMX park and is open to all ages. All participants need is a bike, long pants, long sleeve shirt and a helmet. If you don't have a helmet the park will have loaners. The BMX race is one of more than 700 events taking place across the nation through the end of the month. The events are designed to engage youth and promote the ideals of the Olympic Movement.
