The match will cover everything raised from Monday to this Saturday, the 16th.

"We have an anonymous donor who gave, going to give us $25,000 if we match it. So they will cover anything Monday up until Saturday the 16th, and they will match every dollar, every penny that's put in the kettles at all our 18 locations," Major Rick Ray told ABC 12.

You can give to the Salvation Army until December 23rd, but the match goes through this Saturday. They've already reached half of their goal. The money goes to help families in need eat and pay for other expenses during the holiday season.

They've even received two gold coins which could be worth up to $1,300.
