AJ’s Amazon Pick of the Week: CeraVE Lotion for Keratosis Pilaris
This is a lotion that you can buy locally in stores, too.
I was inspired to share this because of some of the comments on my LAST (and first, techincally) pick of the week, which you can read about HERE.
I had mentioned that I used to go tanning twice a month or so to dry out the keratosis pilaris on my upper arms. It's something that I've had my entire life; some people call it "chicken skin." Basically, it's a collection of bumps on your skin, sometimes on the arms/back/legs. It's formed from a buildup of keratin in your skin, which forms the bumps.
A few people mentioned that they also have KP, so I thought I'd share this. I've tried EVERYTHING - exfoliating, tanning, coconut oil, etc. Coconut oil worked for a few years but all of a sudden, it didn't.
After pouring through website reviews and Reddit responses, I decided to give this stuff a shot. And it WORKS WONDERS, let me tell ya.
If you're a KP sufferer like me, let me proudly recommend CeraVe SA Lotion for Rough & Bumpy Skin.
