5-Year-Old Detroit Girl Dies After Shooting Herself With Grandmother’s Gun [VIDEO]

Police are once again warning gun owners to keep their weapons locked up and out of the reach of children, after a 5-year old girl in Detroit shot herself to death with her grandmother's gun.

Mariah Davis found the gun under a pillow while she and her brother were playing upstairs. Their grandmother, who was watching the children at the time, was downstairs cooking.
