$27K Grant Given to the Flint Children’s Museum

Wonderful news; the Flint Children's Museum is such a great asset to Genesee County.

The Greater Flint Arts Council has awarded a $27,000 grant to the Children's Museum that will secure their free weekly programs and activities for an entire year.

The grant is being provided by the Share Arts Genesee Grant Program and funds from the Genesee County Arts Education and Cultural Enrichment Millage.

The museum partners with Kohl's Cares and Hurley Children's Hospital for free days but, in addition to those, there will be free days on June 13th, October 9th and December 11th, provided by the grant.
