Woman Pulls Gun at Wal-Mart When Cashier Won’t Accept Her Coupon
On Friday afternoon, 61-year-old Mary Frances Alday was at a Walmart in Crawfordville, Florida. As she was checking out, she tried to use a coupon for $1 off. We're not sure what she was buying. Mary had printed the coupon off a website, and the assistant manager told her it's their policy not to take those coupons. So Mary reacted just about how you'd expect.
She rammed her shopping cart into the assistant manager, went out to her car, grabbed her Smith & Wesson .38 Special, and pointed it at the employees. Then she shouted a pretty decent bad guy catchphrase, quote, "I have something for y'all."
The employees all ran back inside, and Mary took off. The police pulled her over, and ended up having to tase her when she made a move to grab her gun. She's been charged with four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and one count of battery.
All this for a dollar off at Wal-Mart? Even crazy coupon people like George McIntyre would never pull a gun over a dollar off coupon. Two dollars off, perhaps!
