Weird Holiday Traditions

Do you have any weird holiday traditions?  I was trying to think if I had any, but they are pretty normal. Some people that I've talked to said they open gifts after Christmas dinner, while others said they open up one gift on Christmas Eve.  I was reading somewhere that in Japan people tend to have KFC for their Christmas dinner, which I found to be very interesting.  My brother and sister-in-law have both families over for dinner on Christmas Eve and then on Christmas we open gifts and have a big breakfast.  This year we will be going to a family friends' house for dinner which will be a lot of fun.  It will be nice because there will be no family drama!  If you do have any weird traditions, let us know.
