How would you like to tell your boss exactly what you think of him or her? You can do it anonymously thanks to a start-up company in Canada that's launched this website.

'Tell your boss anything' gives employees the opportunity to leave feedback - positive or negative - for supervisors, and do so with complete anonymity. But would you have the guts to use it?

“It’s an easy way for employees to feel secure that they won’t get retribution if their manager doesn’t like what they say,” Tom Williams, the founder of Happiily, told Businessweek.

But would you feel comfortable using such a service? Would your employer be able to figure out your identity based on what you say?

If I decide to use this service, I'll insert several spelling and punctuation mistakes into my text, in order to throw my employer off the trail. Yeah, that will work.
