Twenty Flint Police officers are facing layoffs tomorrow.  Flint residents have been told to brace for even slower response times on calls to the Flint Police.  In a city that just passed its all-time homicide mark, cutbacks on the Flint Police force are causing long response times on calls to police.  The lower priority calls - where no one's life is in danger - have suffered the most.  Responses to the highest-priority crimes are 8 percent slower.
