And the legal fallout continues after a Midland woman's Planet Fitness membership was rejected following a complaint about a transgendered person in the locker room. Yvette Cormier said that the gym revoked her membership after she complained about a man, who identifies himself as a woman, in the locker room. Planet Fitness says that she violated their discrimination policy, which Cormier claims she didn't know about.

The lawsuit, which is seeking more than $25,000 in damages (including emotional distress), also claims breach of contract. Here's the full story from WNEM TV 5.
