The University of Michigan - Flint will be hosting several vaccine clinics in the near future.

The Genesee County Health Department has teamed up with the University of Michigan - Flint to host COVID-19 vaccine clinics for patients in the area. These clinics are by appointment only and not open for "walk-in patients."

All the upcoming clinics on the UM-Flint campus will take place at the Northbank Center on North Saginaw Street in Downtown Flint. Each COVID-19 vaccine clinic will be open from 9 am until 4 pm on specified days.

To register, click here. The registration process is pretty simple. Those looking to get a vaccine will be asked 15 questions when they register. Those questions include name, age, contact information, occupation, and a few other things. After you register, you will be contacted by the Genesee County Health Department to schedule an appointment.

When arriving for your shot at your scheduled time for the vaccine clinic, face coverings must be worn at all times. You will be asked health screening questions when you arrive and are asked to stay home if you feel sick. Also, patients should plan to enter the Northbank Center by way of the main entrance which is just off Saginaw Street. Patients will be able to park in the parking ramp for free and the ramp itself is off 2nd Avenue.

To find out more information or if you have any questions, you can call the Genesee County Health Department at 810-257-3612 or visit them at gchd.us.
