Flint has almost every fast food chain you can think of right now... with the exception of one. (Chick-Fil-A doesn't count in this instance because it's opening this fall.)

What's the restaurant with Chickenjoy?

Jollibee is a Filipino fast-food joint that claims to have the best fried chicken. That's saying something considering they're not in every US city like a Popeyes or KFC. They stand by it, though.

The company mascot looks almost like the Buc-ee's famous gas station mascot, IMO. The perfect location for a Jollibee around Flint taking on Chick-Fil-A directly by building it where the old Don Pablo's location was right behind Speedway at Miller & I-75.

There's already a giant Applebee's sign there with the old Lone-Star portion next to it -- just swap out the signage.

What does Jollibee serve?

The menu isn't just fried chicken as they serve chicken sandwiches, tenders, burgers, fries and mashed potatoes. The unique items are unlike anything else in the fast-food world.

• Jolly Spaghetti: sweet-style sauce, chunky slices of ham, ground meat and hotdog. They're quite proud to have this on the menu.
• Palabok Fiesta: a traditional Filipino noodle meal served in garlic sauce with sauteed pork, shrimp and egg.
• Burger Steaks: a couple "savory sweet" beef patties with mushroom gravy sauce and a side of rice.
• Desserts include Peach Mango Pie, Pineapple Quencher or Coconut Pineapple Pie
