First, there was the viral video of a family brawl at Disneyland's Toontown on July 5th, which resulted in charges against 3 family members. How does that happen? Disney parks are supposed to be the happiest places on earth... Yet now there's this.

A Chicago woman has been banned for life from Disney World after she punched a Disney employee in the face because her FastPass was invalid on a popular ride. Not only did she punch the cast member (a Disney term for employee) in the face, she then started pressing buttons on a ride podium by the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror ride.

Jessica Grines, 23, was waiting in line for Hollywood Studios’ popular ride on July 13 when the incident occurred. According to the Miami Herald, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said the Chicago woman became displeased and verbally aggressive about the situation, prompting Disney World employee Taylor Gragert to call security. The woman started pushing buttons on the Tower of Terror podium, some of which “could affect the ride,” according to the report. When Gragert, 23, tried to stop her, the outraged tourist punched her in the face causing minor swelling around the eye.

The group left before security could arrive, but were tracked down within the park by security and the police. The cast member refused treatment for her eye and chose not to press charges, but Grines, the "happy" guest received a lifetime ban from Disney parks, according to the Orlando Sentinel. No word on whether she scored Mouse ears before being booted from the Magic Kingdom.
