Texas Teen Punished for Wearing American Flag T-Shirt to School [VIDEO]

A Texas high school student was given an in-school suspension for wearing a t-shirt bearing the American flag.

Shelly Goode says her son Jaegur's school only permits solid shirts, unless the shirts bear school logos, or promote the military. Her son's shirt, which was worn under a hoodie, was said to violate the school's dress code.

Goode tells KDFW-TV that the principal at Seagoville High School later reconsidered her son's suspension, and deemed shirts depicting the American flag as acceptable.
