Michigan isn't the only state where a stagnate economy has had an impact on teachers and school districts. A Tulsa, Oklahoma teacher's story has gone viral, after she began panhandling in order to buy school supplies for her classroom.

Teresa Danks, who makes about $35,000 a year, tells Fox 32 her story has caught the interest of people all over the country. Her GoFundMe page has raised about $4,000 toward her cause, and she says she is looking at establishing a foundation to provide school supplies for kids who can't afford them.
