Spring time in Michigan means orange barrels will start popping up all throughout Genesee County.

I-475 through Flint may be getting a major facelift in a couple of years.

It's been a fairly mild winter so far in Genesee County, but that could all  change with the storm that is rolling in today.

MDOT is looking to fill positions all throughout Michigan, so they're holding a virtual job fair on Tuesday October 6th.

Summertime is road construction time in Michigan and even this year is no different.

There are no reports of injuries at this time.

Looks like weather delays will force Michigan road workers to keep northbound I-475 closed until the spring of 2020.

It's been a tough couple of weeks for, well, ANYTHING that touches Lake Michigan.

Let's be honest - we can't complain about the state not fixing the roads and then complain when they DO fix them.

Instead of complaining about all of the potholes, let's do something USEFUL, shall we?

The lane closures begin today near the Hill Road overpass.
