The Flint Institute of Arts will join a worldwide community of 30,000 museums today to celebrate the 35th anniversary of International Museum Day.

Saturday, November 5th and Sunday, November 6th are the dates this year for the 6th Annual First Frost Arts & Fine Arts Crafts Fair. This unique two-day arts festival is held inside the Flint Institute of Arts on Kearsley Street. There will be more than 50 hand-selected artists displaying their crafts in wood, fiber , jewelery, glass, ceramics, paintings, mosaics, steel, and mixed media. Liste

"Halloween Happenings" is on the agenda for October 29th at the Flint Institute of Arts.  It's a fun filled family day that runs from 11am till 4pm. Everyone can join the FIA for a screening of  "How To Train Your Dragon" in the FIA Theater from 11-12:30pm.
