Odds are if you live in Michigan, you're not great at saying you're sorry.

A Facebook post that went viral yesterday has prompted a response from the company.

The negative statements went viral last week in a video that was posted to Facebook.

They apologized because they should've never had it in the first place, obviously.

He says, in the ad, that he "approves this message." Now, he's saying he did not. Oops.

As Chicago once told us, it is hard to say I'm sorry. But it can be, and should be, done.

I haven't even purchased anything from them, and I was laughing uncontrollably.
