It's so ironic that this popped up in my newsfeed because I was driving by Southmoor Golf Club the other day (it's right up the street from the radio station) and I thought, "I wonder what's going on with that place?"

Now, we know.

American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, LLC is handling the auction for the club, and they're selling it all. Cue Stefon from Saturday Night Live:
