Shocking dashcam video footage from an Ohio police cruiser shows a young man getting out of his car to fire several shots at a police officer.A grand jury recently found the two Solon officers justified in their use of force in killing Kevin Bailey, 22, during the March incident. The report, and incredible close-up video footage, was released Monday.
